Skills and tools used in coaching can make your communication more effective in your personal and professional relationships and in different life situations. During the 4 workshops you will learn about these skills, tools and put them into practice.

During the workshops, you will learn how a coach communicates. What are those communication practises, models that support and develop self-awareness and relationships.

What will you learn?

The 6-session workshop is based on my book, which will be released in 2024, and it covers the following topics:

01 The Art of Coaching

In the first session, we will clarify what coaching is. It is, in part, a very simple process, as we give space to our desire for conversation, but it is important how we do it. Through personal experience, we will practice through interactions.

02 The Art of Building Trust

In the second session, the focus will be on trust. For a relationship to develop, we must allow ourselves to be seen. The central role of the conversation is to establish a trusting, appreciative, and honest connection.

03 The Art of Listening

The third session revolves around a skill that Julian Treasure sees as “endangered.” In my own learning journey, I also experienced that I was taught how to speak, read, and write, but even as a university student, I was never taught how to listen creatively. In this session, we will address this gap

04 The Art of Asking Questions

The fourth session revolves around questions. In coaching conversations, questions are more prominent. They bring up topics, viewpoints, and perspectives. Questions seek answers. In this session, we will gain experience in understanding what types of questions lead where.

05 The Art of the Process

In the fifth session, we will provide structure to the conversation. We will experience how a well-constructed arc makes the process more effective. You will take with you a simple model that you can start integrating into your conversations the very next day.

06 Coaching Tools for Artistic Creation

The sixth session enriches you with a colorful toolbox. These are simple tools that can always be with you, making the intangible more tangible. You will also try them out here, as the interactivity and gaining experience are key components of every session.

I am Dr. Judit Kovács, the leader of the workshop.

I view my life as a business, and as such, I continuously develop myself. I encountered coaching in 2010, and today I have over 500 hours of coaching experience, holding the Senior Practitioner certification from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. In this 6*2-hour workshop, conducted in person, I share the knowledge I have gained both domestically and internationally, focusing on what I consider most important for shaping the coaching mindset. I believe that the knowledge and tools used in the coaching profession are beneficial to everyone. By launching this workshop, my goal was to make the coach approach accessible even to those outside the profession. Just as we can get creative in our own kitchen even if we’re not chefs, we can also experiment with our communications, even if we’re not coaches.
